This past Thursday, the Appropriations Committee sent HB1 to the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) for final compilation of all committee decisions. Chairman Otto indicated that the bill would be back before the committee Thursday of this week for a vote. With that timing, HB1 would most likely be on the House floor for consideration sometime around April 1st.
